
Step into history and enjoy a fun day for the whole family at the K-25 Reunion & Hootenanny on Saturday, April 25, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the K-25 Atomic History Campus in Oak Ridge. This free community event celebrates the legacy of the K-25 Gaseous Diffusion Plant and the people who helped shape Oak Ridge’s history.
Enjoy live music, a classic car show, family activities, and exhibits from the nuclear and energy industries. Visitors can also explore the K-25 Atomic History Center and get a first look at the newly rehabilitated Portal 4. Free food from local food trucks will be provided by event sponsors for members of the public (first-come, first-served; limited quantity available).
The event is free and open to the public.
