Event Submission Form
The Anderson County Tourism Council (ACTC) is committed to promoting events that enhance the visitor experience and showcase the unique attractions, culture, and recreation opportunities of Anderson County, Tennessee. To maintain the quality and relevance of events listed on our website, all submissions must comply with the following guidelines:- Events must take place within the geographic boundaries of Anderson County, Tennessee. Events held outside the county will not be considered.
- Events must be designed to attract, entertain, or engage visitors to Anderson County. Activities primarily intended for local residents or internal organizational purposes may not be featured unless they have a clear visitor appeal.
- Event descriptions must be accurate, complete, and free from misleading information.
- Submissions should include event name, date(s), time(s), location, contact information, and a brief description highlighting why it would interest visitors.
- All event submissions are subject to review and approval by the ACTC team. Submission does not guarantee listing on the website.
- ACTC reserves the right to decline or remove events that do not align with visitor promotion goals or the mission of Anderson County Tourism.
- Events should align with the reputation and family-friendly standards of Anderson County. Promotional materials containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will not be accepted.
- All event submissions must include at least one image for use on the website. Images must be authorized for use by the submitter (either owned by the submitter or properly licensed for publication). ACTC is not responsible for obtaining permissions.
