Join us at A. K. Bissell Park to enjoy a fall concert by the Oak Ridge Community Band at 3:30 p.m. The program will feature such famous tunes as “Star Wars,” “Star Trek,” “Harry Potter,” “Moana,” “Guardians of the Galaxy” and more. Audience members, especially children, are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes, and candy will be distributed during intermission. Bring chairs or blankets for outdoor seating. Admission is free.
