The Oak Ridge Community Band will be hosting a Halloween Concert on Sunday, October 26th, starting at 4 p.m. This will be an outdoor event, so in addition to bringing a chair, wear a costume and bring a candy bucket.
The Oak Ridge Community Band has been delighting audiences since 1944, when Oak Ridge was still a “secret city.” This all-volunteer group of musicians performs year-round, with outdoor summer concerts at Bissell Park Pavilion and indoor performances at local venues. Their diverse programs feature classical, jazz, big band, patriotic, and contemporary favorites, offering something for all ages to enjoy.
