Melton Lake Greenway

Melton Lake Greenway offers 5.7 beautiful miles of paved trails that run parallel with the western shore of Melton Hill Lake. The greenway is enjoyed by walkers, runners and cyclists. The greenway travels along the waterway to its finish at the north face of Haw Ridge Park. Along the greenway, Melton Lake Park provides a picnic shelter and playground. Melton Hill Lake is home to the Oak Ridge Rowing team where springtime brings the nation's best rowing teams to the lake to prepare for the season and compete in regattas. You will likely see rowers while on the greenway.
