The Tea Room and Amphitheatre

Freeway 441 on the East Side of the Park
Rocky Top, Tennessee
Many weddings that take place at Norris Dam State Park usually occur in the Tea Room or in the outdoor Amphitheatre which are both located on the east side of Norris Dam State Park. The Tea Room offers a rustic feel with its wood paneling and wood burning fireplace and seats 100 people. The Amphitheatre is the perfect outdoor setting surrounded with trees and has an unlimited capacity. Table and chairs are provided at the Tea Room. Brides now have the option of renting a bridal wedding cabin. Appalachian Event Center
The Appalachian Event Center is a perfect venue for large business meetings, bridal and baby showers as well as family reunions. The Event Center is located near a recreation hall, basketball court, tennis court, and a small playground. The Event Center’s capacity is 75 people and it is equipped with a kitchen and a unisex restroom. A projection screen is also available.
